Who we are.

Puffer Apparel is operated by PUFFER LLC, a Missouri business. By placing an order on pufferapparel.com you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy.

Made to order.

Every piece is produced after you order. Product images are design previews; garment color, print placement and fit can vary slightly. Please check the fit guide before ordering.

Prices and payment.

Prices are in US dollars. Larger sizes may cost more, as shown on each piece. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery.

We ship within the United States for a flat $7.95 per order. Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days from your order. See the shipping policy.

Returns and cancellations.

Because each piece is made for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or size or color exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered. Cancellations depend on whether production has started. Full details are in the return policy.

Errors and availability.

If a price or listing is wrong, or we cannot make an item, we will contact you and offer a corrected order or a full refund.

Artwork.

All Puffer designs, logos and site content belong to PUFFER LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
