Each piece is made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a different size or color. Review the confirmed garment details and size guide before ordering.

Something arrived wrong?

Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered. Email support@pufferapparel.com with your order reference and clear photos of the issue. Keep the garment and packaging while we review it. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions.

Cancellations and delays.

Cancellation requests depend on whether production has started. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will give you the option to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund.
