How do I contact Puffer Apparel?

Ordering
Can I order now?
Checkout is closed while production and delivery are finalized. Adding a piece to your bag does not place an order. Your bag is saved on the same browser and device.
What are the delivery and return terms?
Those terms are being finalized with production. Confirmed delivery costs and timing will be published before orders open. Each piece is made to order: no change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered.
Does adding to my bag reserve a piece?
No. A saved bag is a list of your selections. It is not an order or inventory reservation.
Sizes & design views
Which sizes can I browse?
Size options vary by piece and are listed on each product. The cap has one size option. The elevator tee is a design preview; its sizes and pricing are not final. Exact garment measurements will follow confirmed production samples.
Are these photos of finished garments?
They are digital design mockups, including AI-generated adult-model views. Use Front, Back and On model to explore the artwork; actual garment color and fit can vary.
Print care
How should I wash printed clothing?
Turn printed garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and skip bleach and fabric softener. Air-dry or tumble-dry low. Follow the garment’s care label and avoid direct heat on the print.
What about the cap?
Follow the care label supplied with the cap. Avoid direct heat on the embroidered artwork.

What other designs can I browse?
The Graphic tees collection includes Smoke Signal, Missouri Airborne, After Hours and the Cloud Nine Elevator design. The elevator tee is a preview while production details and pricing are pending.
When is the next collection?
Missouri State of Mind is in development. We plan complete monthly collections, with release dates set after production is confirmed.
